To order any of the items on our website or to discuss your requirements in detail, please call by telephone or send an e-mail with your requirements and a contact telephone number and we will be pleased to assist you.  We find that it is best to discuss what you need so that we can offer advice or ideas to supplement your requirements.

Timescale

In view of the complexity of personalised engraving, please allow 5-7 days from date of order to date of dispatch.  If you have a really urgent requirement then please call and we will do our very best to help you.

Postage and packing is additional and will be calculated on an individual basis depending on the weight and number of items and will usually be advised at the time of quotation.

Up to 250 grams        £3.90  (by Royal mail first class)

250g to 500 grams     £7.55

500g to 1Kg              £8.90

1Kg to 2Kg               £10.75

2Kg to 10Kg             £23.20

Small items up to 250g are sent by Royal mail first class recorded delivery and usually arrive in 1 - 2 days.

For larger items the cost is for the Royal Mail special delivery service and includes next day delivery by 1pm* and a parcel tracking facility.

*Next day from day of completion of customisation.

Acceptance of Delivery

Delivery will require a signature on receipt.  Please ensure to examine the packaging and contents at the time of delivery before signing the delivery acceptance.  If any part of your order is missing or damaged please note this on the couriers receipt, for example " parcel damaged in transit". If this is not practical then sign as "not inspected".
A signature with "received in good condition" may make a subsequent claim for damaged goods difficult or void.  Should any item be damaged whilst in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and in any event within 3 days of receipt of delivery to report the damage.
